Located in Rockwall, Texas, SCTS combines over 30 years in municipal and state experience, including individuals that worked for and continue to work with our programs at the local, county and state levels. SCTS objective is to enhance customer service, build an effective technology-based approach to respond to regulatory requirements and provide practical and cost-effective recommendations customized to your organizations requirements.

Our technology-based applications offer a full array of services that complement one another; (Cross Connection, Customer Service Inspection, Fat / Oil / Grease and On-Site Sewer work) work directly in-conjunction to support the function of the other. The Fat, Oils & Grease (FOG) application, will support your growing community needs and internal organizational requirements. Combining these programs into one approach will create a sustainable model of efficiency in providing the required regulatory services for ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance for your city.

A Message from Our Founder

"As a municipal worker for 15 years, I saw a need to be much more efficient in the programs we are responsible for. Jurisdictions are limited with the amount of dollars allowed for personnel and payroll which hinders compliance standards expectations whether it be a local, state or federal law/goal/agenda item. So I developed the SC Tracking system with my team in 2010. Our tool will supplement a limited staff with the opportunity for 100% compliance in all areas that we offer.

My passion comes from the need to act. Having seen the risks and the problems that come from a failure to act with my own eyes, there is truly a sense of duty from within each individual of the company. These programs are extremely important to the protection and longevity of our citizen’s infrastructure and I look forward to continuing to serve my community through this support."
