Jurisdictions are limited with the amount of dollars allowed for personnel and payroll which hinders compliance standards expectations whether it be a local, state or federal law/goal/agenda item. So I developed the SC Tracking system with my team in 2010. Our tool will supplement a limited staff with the opportunity for 100% compliance in all areas that we offer.
